This regionally recognized and well-respected business in the local community seek to appoint a talented senior auditor to establish the “formal” creation of an auditing division for this financial services firm.
The purpose of the role is to lead and grow the Auditing department with the view to be considered for Partnership once the division is up and running.
Major responsibilities include:
- Planning, execution and completion of individual / company audits
- Undergo specialist client driven financial research projects
- Prepare documentation and present to executive management
- Hire, mentor and manage personnel within the auditing team
- Manage resources within budgets
We seek a qualified accountant with a strong background in company audits. You will also possess an Audit qualification from within Australia.
We require you to have strong verbal communication and excellent personal presentation skills to a consulting standard. Your ability to write reports and your comprehension of the English language, spelling and grammar is essential.
